ECHHO is the Ecumenical Christian Helping Hands Organization: volunteers helping elderly, disabled, and low-income residents of East Jefferson County live independently. ECHHO provides no-cost loans of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, bath seats, commodes, hospital beds and other medical equipment.
