Aid 212 is a 2016 GMC K3500 with a North Star ambulance compartment and a Stryker cot loading system. 

Aid 212 was procured for $173,000 – 85% through DNR timber revenue and the remainder from local donations. As revenue from timber trust lands diminishes, the costs of apparatus replacement will have to come from other revenue sources - primarily property taxes. 

With 65% of QFR calls requiring EMS response, aid cars are among the busiest apparatus the District operates.
